I. ARE TRAVEL EXPENSES INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGES OR COVERED ADDITIONALLY?
Travel expenses are included for cities listed on my travel schedule. For projects outside those areas, travel fees are calculated based on location and added to your proposal. I often coordinate with multiple clients in one location to reduce costs for everyone—reach out and we’ll find a solution that works.
II. WHAT IF WE WANT SOMETHING MORE IN-DEPTH THAN YOUR PACKAGES?
Let’s talk! All packages are flexible starting points. If you need something more custom—like multi-day coverage, a complete brand content library, or ongoing creative direction—I offer White Glove Custom Services tailored to your goals.
III. WE WANT TO INCLUDE OUR STAFF IN OUR REBRAND. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Absolutely. Featuring your team can add heart and authenticity to your brand story. We’ll work together to create a comfortable, natural environment that highlights the personality and connection behind your business.
IV. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PHOTOS AFTER THE SHOOT?
Turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. You’ll receive a curated, high-resolution gallery—color graded, retouched, and ready to use. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
V. HOW DO YOU HANDLE LICENSING?
Standard commercial usage rights are included in all brand and event packages. This means you can use the images for web, social media, print, and general marketing. Extended or exclusive licensing (for resale, billboards, or national campaigns) can be added as needed—just let me know your intended use and I’ll tailor the agreement.
